Recruitment by the State of two persons for limited periods of time
The President of SER Soler announces the recruitment by the state of two persons for limited periods of time. He hopes that they will help to remove the various obstacles to more efficient administrative procedures. He relays the grievances of his union members who complain about the too long ds delays in publishing the results of calls for tenders, the interminable time taken to examine the files, the delay in the entry into force of regulatory texts several months after the first announcements, the bottlenecks in services, the administrative maze and the regulatory and legislative complexities.
The president hopes that they will serve to make the profession's administrative procedures more fluid.
The announcement of these two hirings a few weeks after the adoption of the revision of the solar contracts concluded before 2011, rather makes one think of posts specialized in the study of the famous 850 contracts which would be too profitable for their holders and too penalizing for the State.

Editor's note False innocence or method Coué du président? By welcoming these hirings, he encourages the government to look at the current functioning of the services rather than the new tasks that the state is introducing... If he can thus direct attention, it wouldn't be so bad. Without having too many illusions! At least it will have tried!
