Researchers at KAUST University in Saudi Arabia have developed a bifacial solar cell using heterojunction silicon and perovskite. They achieved a conversion rate of 25.2%. They tested with five different perovskite bandgaps of 1.59, 1.62, 1.65, 1.68 and 1.7 eV.
