CRE publishes the new tariffs and premiums applicable during the following periods:

• from 1 November 2022 to 31 January 2023 (tariff quarter n°4) ;
• from 1 February 2023 to 30 April 2023 (tariff quarter n°5).

The order of 8 February 2023 introduced several significant changes to the conditions for supporting photovoltaic installations on buildings with a capacity of less than 500 kWp:

• the modification of the indexation formulas of the tariffs and premiums and their application conditions, in an overall context of rising raw material costs and;
• the modification of the payment terms of the self-consumption premium;
• improving the methodology for calculating the carbon footprint of photovoltaic panels;
• the reinforcement of the information transmitted by the distribution network operators in order to allow more precise monitoring of the power developed within the framework of the tariff decree.

CRE points out that the tariff degressivity freeze, introduced by theorder of 28 July 2022should end, under the current conditions, on 30 April 2023.
