PVEL recognises the importance of shaded areas in two-sided panels.
Over the past year, two-sided panels have evolved from a niche offer to a consumer product. Few professionals expected the technology to gain so much popularity: many manufacturers have installed production capacities for bifacial panels. There are several bifacial plants of more than 100 MW installed worldwide.
PVEL is regularly surveyed

A map to find the best places to install solar power plants
Researchers from the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia have proposed a new methodology for classifying the world's climate: its main purpose is to evaluate the performance of solar projects. They used the most widely used climate classification system, the Köppen-Geiger map. It divides the globe into 12 temperature, precipitation and radiation zones. It provides a basis for analysing the performance and long-term reliability of photovoltaic panels.

The different EPC directors in the world
Although China is mentioned in the table by country, no companies from this country are reported in the company classification.
First Solar is still No. 1, but it has almost moved out of power plant construction. It will be caught up by other developers such as the Indians Sterling & Wilson (3rd) and Acme Solar(5th), or even the American Swinerton (2nd).

Finding electricity generators to compensate for the closure of gas-fired power plants in California
The Californian authorities' desire to achieve 60% renewable energy by 2030, and 100% by 2045, creates the need to install electricity generators to compensate for the closure of natural gas power plants. This is because natural gas power plants currently constitute the major energy supply base in the United States, with 34% of the country's energy supply coming from renewable sources.
