Enerpalan approves some of the proposals of the Citizens' Convention
Following the recommendations of the Citizens' Convention, Enerplan approves the proposal to increase the ceiling
the 500 kW tariff window, making it possible to know in advance the selling price of the electricity produced and consolidating the implementation of projects (proposal 11.2.2). The union agrees to raise the threshold for building permits and environmental assessment for small ground-mounted solar power plants to 500 kW (proposal 11.2.1). It supports proposal 11.2.6, which calls for a one-stop shop for all technical and administrative formalities required for the installation of renewable energy projects. This simplification advocated by the Citizen's Convention shows that it is time to speed up and allow initiatives to develop by facilitating the procedures. It also approves proposal 11.3 encouraging the acceleration of the development of self-consumption, advocating buildings producing their own consumption and facilitating the sharing of electrons and heat.
