Le distributeur de matériel PV, NED, rachète Solen distributeur dans l'Ouest de la France
NED, le distributeur de matériel et de solutions photovoltaïques et aérovoltaïques, reprend Solen la société de distribution du groupe Dubreuil située dans l'Ouest de la France et en Suisse lequel a plusieurs centaines de clients. Cette acquisition renforce le maillage territorial de NED déjà implanté à Lyon, Nîmes et Paris. Le chiffre d'affaires de NED devrait se rapprocher de 20 M€ d'ici la fin de cet exercice (contre 6,6 M€ en 2015).

Sunchain facilitates electric mobility for self-consumption
The French company Sunchain has launched a computer application (called ASTRE) to enable owners of a solar installation for self-consumption to benefit from surplus production at another place of consumption: another building or a recharging station for electric vehicles. The service will authorise roaming consumption of its own solar production. The economic model includes a payment to the grid operator for the use of the electricity transmission infrastructure. The service will be offered in the form of a flat-rate subscription.

Cap Vert Energie has just acquired 9.9 MWp from Homer Sol.
Cap Vert Energie, the Marseilles-based renewable energy producer, has just finalised the acquisition of HOMER SOL, the photovoltaic subsidiary of the Vol-V group, which owns a 9.9 MWp portfolio of assets in the south-eastern quarter of France. Homer Sol has an enterprise value of €38m. Cape Verde Energie's five-year objective is to achieve a portfolio of 600 MW

ekWateur is a new collaborative energy supplier of gas and electricity
Announced in May, ekWateur is a new collaborative energy supplier of gas and electricity. The general public has had access to it since 13 September. ekWateur offers 100% renewable electricity and is supplied by Smart Grid Energy, which acts as Balance Responsible for the grid operators. ekWateur aims to be at the crossroads between ecological, economic (saving money) and digital transition. A capital raising of 2 million euros has been launched.

Le français Crosslux présentera fin 2016 une couche mince issue de la recherche de Nexcis
Finalement, le français Crosslux a repris début 2016 le procédé d'électrodéposition de couches minces mis au point par Nexcis. Un premier démonstrateur de 300x600 mm sera prêt en fin d'année 2016. Il faudra alors mettre en place une capacité industrielle pour sortir des lignes de panneaux standard de 600x1200 mm. L'objectif sera alors de 100.000 m2 de verre par an soit 10 à 12 MW/an. L'unité de production coûte entre 10 et 15 M€.
Ces couches minces sont transparentes ou semi-transparentes ce qui leur donne une place dans les bâtiments (intégration de façade,...)

ekWateur, société qui sera lancée en septembre pour le grand public, gagne un appel d'offre de l'Etat
Sur les quatre lots compris dans l'appel d'offres organisé par la direction des achats de l'Etat (DAE), la filiale Total Énergie Gaz a été choisie pour trois d'entre eux - soit 21 425 sites. Le quatrième lot a été attribué à ekWateur, qui fournira en électricité renouvelable 54 services de l’État soit 2.600 sites de petite puissance.
