Cap Vert Energie has just acquired 9.9 MWp from Homer Sol.

Cap Vert Energie, the Marseilles-based renewable energy producer, has just finalised the acquisition of HOMER SOL, the photovoltaic subsidiary of the Vol-V group, which owns a 9.9 MWp portfolio of assets in the south-eastern quarter of France. Homer Sol has an enterprise value of €38m. Cape Verde Energie's five-year objective is to achieve a portfolio of 600 MW
