The presence of a solar power station does not prevent pastoral activity.
In a ruling dated 15 March 2018, the Bordeaux Administrative Court of Appeal rejected an action for annulment against a building permit for a 9 MWp ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant. Indeed, according to the Court
the presence of a solar power plant does not prevent pastoral activity on the premises or the installation of honey beehives.
