170 GW of solar power installed in China by 2023?
According to S&P, China will install 170 GW of solar power by 2023 (42% of the world total). Worldwide installations will reach
400 GW because of three factors that will come into play in 2023: the recovery of the ground-mounted photovoltaic market thanks to falling panel prices; robust growth in the EU, distributed solar markets in the US and China; and growing demand for photovoltaic installations driven by green hydrogen production.
