End of the government's intention to renegotiate PV contracts from 2006 to 2010

The Ministry of Energy Transition puts an end to the downward renegotiation of purchase contracts

concluded between 2006 and 2010 between the State and the owners of solar power plants of more than 250 kW, following the Conseil d'Etat's decision of 26 January 2026
