SolarEdge in Q1: record figures
SolarEdge posted sales of $944 million in thefirst quarter, up 6% on the fourth quarter,
and +44% over the1st quarter 2022), including 908 million dollars for the solar business. Net profit reached 138 million dollars (compared with 21 million in the fourth quarter, and 33 million at the start of 2022).
Shipments of inverters exceeded 3.6 GW, with 329,000 units delivered. SolarEdge also delivered 6.4 million power optimisers and 221 MWh of battery storage. According to the company, these are record figures.
The company plans to build a factory in the United States.
