Apex Energies: Macquarie Asset Management acquires the 90% stake held by the Crédit Agricole Group and BPIfrance

Apex currently manages more than 530 sites representing a capacity of 92 MW, with 2.2 GW under development. It had

used its first fundraising round in 2018 to build a number of rooftop, ground-mounted and self-consumption power plants ahead of the financing. It wants to reach 1 GW by 2025. The arrival of Macquarie should boost the company's growth and make it the number 1 in France for rooftop installations and increase its presence in ground-mounted plants, especially on polluted land and in agri-voltaics
