In brief acquisitions: Iren acquires two power plants; Shell acquires developer Solar-Konzept Italia (SKI)

Italian energy company Iren (Iren Luce Gas e Servizi)

acquires two solar power plants in Puglia. The purchase price is €166 million, equivalent to €1,366 per kW (€1.37/watt).
