OFATE on 10 June: what happens to power stations after 20 years of guaranteed prices?

On 10 June, OFATE, the Franco-German Office for Energy Transition, is organising an online conference to study

the development of solar power plants at the end of public support in France and Germany. In Germany, from 2025 onwards, each year more than one gigawatt of PV capacity will reach the end of the subsidy period. In France, each year one gigawatt of PV capacity will reach the end of the feed-in tariff between 2028 and 2030.
