Fraunhofer achieves a new conversion record of 26% with a two-sided cell

Fraunhofer ISE achieved a new conversion record of 26% with a two-sided cell using

TOPCon technology. It has the advantage of reduced surface recombination losses and efficient charge carrier transport compared to interdigitated back contact cells (IBCs).
