In brief R&D: Russian holographic film, Chinese four-component panels
Russians have developed a holographic film based on prismatic concentrators. It reduces
the operating temperature of the solar panels. This patented and inexpensive technique can even improve the efficiency of photovoltaic panels on cloudy days.
