New alliance between financier and RE producer

Swiss investor Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP) has acquired a 49% stake in German renewable energy company

Baywa r.e. This capital contribution is due to the desire of the parent company BayWa (51% shareholder) to expand the construction of renewable energy plants.
