Limiting the size of Spanish power plants?

The Spanish Association of Photovoltaic Energy Producers (ANPIER) wants new solar parks

have a size limited to 10 MW. The aim is to avoid energy lost in transport, to distribute solar power plants throughout the country, to avoid excessive international speculation, and to preserve the economic benefits of these installations.

The other trade union, UNEF, points out that these large plants illustrate the competitiveness of the Spanish solar sector.
