The future of BIPV in China

Building-integrated photovoltaics looks very promising in China. Subsidies and incentives are available to make buildings go green. Regulations have set standards for the design, construction and operation of buildings.

They came into force on 1 December 2019. They decreed that 70% of new buildings must be "green" by 2022.
