R & D on a cell associating perovskite to heterojunction
On 2 May 2020, IPVF and CEA-INES launched a cooperation to develop a cell combining perovskite and silicon heterojunction.
in order to create a high-performance tandem product that can be transferred to industrial scale. Having complementary skills, these two institutes want to develop a French technology with a 30% efficiency. IPVF and CEA-INES have developed significant know-how in the field of perovskite synthesis and deposition processes and their integration into photovoltaic devices.
