Ideematec wants to develop its activities
German solar tracker supplier Ideematec has increased its capital by €2m from ABN Amro, in order to develop its activities.
Production capacity
was increased from 15 MW per week in mid-2018 to 40 MW at present (i.e. an annual capacity of 2.5 GW). It should be further increased as Ideematec has received large orders from the MENA region and a 350 MW order in Australia. The current order intake exceeds one GW and the installations already reach 2 GW.
Tracker installations worldwide reached 20 GW in 2018 (+36% over 2017).
