EDF will install a 20 MW floating power plant *
EDF is going to install a 20 MW floating solar power plant on the
Lazer hydroelectric reservoir in the Hautes Alpes. It will cover three-quarters of the water surface

Editor's note EDF's initiative will create the largest floating power plant in France. It will make it possible to occupy unused surface areas and therefore will not be contested by local residents. This initiative will certainly be followed by many others, as EDF has so many hydroelectric reservoirs.
