European silicon no longer hindered by China

China's Ministry of Commerce announced that the anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed in 2014 on imports of polycrystalline silicon from the European Union will be abolished as of 1 November.

These customs duties

were introduced by China in May 2014, after the European Union introduced a minimum price on Chinese panels.
