Renesola and Green City Energy to build power plants in France

Renesola and the French subsidiary of German company Green City Energy are to build solar power plants in France. Half of them

will be carried out with the support of the government, the other half will be carried out without subsidy. The two companies plan to build 69 MW in the south of France.

Renesola will hold a 95% stake in the joint venture during project development and for the next two years. After completion of the plants, Green City Energy will acquire 100% of all the facilities.
