Engie is active in India

Engie signs a contract for the sale of electricity from a power plant to be built for

338 MW, located in Kadapa in the State of Andhra Pradesh (India), with a tariff of 3.15 INR / kWh (0.0485 USD / kWh)

In addition to the inauguration of the Uttar Pradesh power station (see also 'Engie'), Engie, through its subsidiary Solairedirect India, has also started operating a 190 MW photovoltaic power station in Bhadla in Rajasthan, with a tariff of INR 4.35 / kWh (USD 0.067 / kWh).
