Fluence can launch its 100 MW/400 MWh lithium battery storage project

The American storage company AES and Germany's Siemens set up a joint subsidiary, Fluence, last July, which has been approved by

the U.S. government on January 1, 2018. This allows the 100 MW/400 MWh lithium battery storage project to be launched in California. It will be destined for Southern California Edison and the western part of the city of Los Angeles.

AES with nearly 500 MW of storage capacity deployed worldwide.
