New auction in Brazil

Brazil's National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) has just announced the maximum price (381 reals per MWh or $99) for the November 13 auction. This is more than the 349 reals of last August, but the Brazilian currency has depreciated by 40% against the dollar in one year. For the next auction, 20.9 GW of wind and solar projects have already been pre-registered
