Taiwanese monocrystalline cell producers cannot meet orders
Chinese manufacturer LONGi reserves its monosilicon wafers for Chinese cell manufacturers as demand has risen sharply and is keeping
part of its production to manufacture cells itself. From then on, Taiwanese manufacturers complain about the insufficient production of monocrystalline wafers (80 % of supplies come from China and the Taiwanese AUO is the only slicer on the Island). Taiwanese producers of monocrystalline cells cannot meet the orders which increased significantly in the fourth quarter.

Editor's note The information is interesting because the profession did not see the switch to monosilicon coming. The production of this type of product is currently insufficient, in a context of overproduction of polycrystalline manufacturing!
