Bifacial perovskite solar cells for use inside buildings
Indian researchers have produced two-sided perovskite solar cells for use inside buildings. These cells are said to achieve remarkable power output.
They also achieved a bifaciality factor of 0.73.
The bifacial cell under 1,000 lux LED illumination achieved a power conversion efficiency of 30.3%, an open-circuit voltage of 0.93 V, a short-circuit current density of 148.3 μA/cm² and a fill factor of 71.7%.
