Developing the use of electric vehicles among apartment dwellers means adapting and installing widespread and accessible charging points. The infrastructure needs to be scalable from the outset

so that more drivers can be added over time.

Norway was the first to find a solution to the funding challenge. The Nordic state has introduced mandatory regulations for housing communities to provide charging for electric vehicles. What's more, they share the financial responsibility for the charging infrastructure. This proactive approach has driven the rapid expansion of electric vehicle charging facilities in multi-dwelling buildings.
