CRE surveys producers, consumers and suppliers who have signed a PPA
The Commission de régulation de l'énergie (CRE) surveys generators, consumers and suppliers who have signed a PPA in order to
- contribute to the smooth operation of the PPA market
- help ensure that support schemes are correctly sized
- improve CRE's monitoring of the development of renewable electricity generation facilities in France.
The players concerned must submit their response on a form corresponding to their situation (available on the CRE website), before 16 October 2023.

Editor's note This intrusion into commercial affairs by the CRE heralds a regulatory offensive to regulate the conclusion of contracts. But at a time when PPA contracts are transnational, this offensive could perhaps be circumvented.
