Scatec 1st quarter: improvement on a like-for-like basis
In the1st quarter, Norway's Scatec benefited from higher revenues from Ukraine and more sunshine in South Africa. Sales reached NOK 919 million.
($87 million), up 21% on 2022. Ebitda rose by 45% to NOK 629 million.
The company stopped various projects for 2.5 GW, including the green ammonia project in Oman. The portfolio of projects reached 13 GW at the end of March 2023, including 4.3 GW of solar PV.
