Installations in China in January + February 2023
New PV installations in China reached 20.4 GW in the first two months of the year, an increase of 88% year-on-year. About
8 GW of this capacity is from large-scale installations, with the remainder being distributed generation PV systems.
The National Energy Administration (NEA) attributes this strong growth to the completion in the first quarter of long-delayed projects from 2022.
