Amarenco acquires Infram

Independent electricity producer Amarenco has acquired a 90% stake in photovoltaic solar panel manufacturer and owner Infram, previously known as Amarenco.

owned by Infracapital, the infrastructure equity investment arm of investment firm M&G.

Infram is focusing on the construction of photovoltaic solar panels on the roofs of newly built barns and greenhouses for local French farmers.
