Butagaz acquires Sys EnR
Gas supplier Butagaz acquires Sys EnR, following its takeover of French installers
Soltéa and Solewa a year ago.
Sys EnR is an installer and operator of rooftop solar power plants and shading structures, based in Essonne. It is said to have completed around 500 installations since it was founded in 2017, with a cumulative installed capacity of 300 MW.
Since 2015, Butagaz has been a subsidiary of DCC, an Irish utility company.
