Schneider Electric is to acquire AutoGrid. They are already partners
on a fully integrated distribution management system and a distributed energy resource management system (DERMS). AutoGrid is a specialist in AI-driven optimisation of distributed energy resources (DER).
AutoGrid's product mitigates sudden fluctuations in renewable energy supply and customer energy demand. The company's AI-powered Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and DERMS provide sustainable, fossil fuel defrom fossil fuels, managing and deploying untapped additional capacity from batteries, electric vehicles and flexible charging.
