Some Americans advocate a photovoltaic industry in the United States

Some Americans, notably those in the Ultra-Low Carbon Solar Alliance (ULCSA), are advocating the production of solar panels in the United States. They believe that we can compete with Chinese companies for American photovoltaic projects.
