Boralex sells 30% of its portfolio to the Swiss Energy Infrastructure Partners ("EIP") consisting of assets in operation (1.1 GW) and under development (1.5 GW) in France. Boralex will receive €532 million, a portion of which will be reinvested in Boralex's operations in France (for an asset value of €1,718 million). The company generated EBITDA of €134 million, a 12.8x multiple

Boralex aims to reach an installed capacity of 1.8 GW in 2025 (+ 64% in four years!) and 3 GW in 2030
