Amarenco acquires 74% of the Egyptian developer SolarizEgypt. The French company aims to deploy 300 MW of assets over the next four years for a budget of 230 million euros

Boralex sells 30% of its portfolio to the Swiss Energy Infrastructure Partners ("EIP") consisting of assets in operation (1.1 GW) and under development (1.5 GW) in France. Boralex will receive €532 million, a portion of which will be reinvested in Boralex's operations in France (for an asset value of €1,718 million). The company generated EBITDA of €134 million, a 12.8x multiple
