In short production: Recom to 450 MW in Lannion, JinkoSolar: nv N panel, Daqo increases its capacity to 105,000 T in early 2022, GCL Poly: 20,000 T of silicon

First N-type panel in November.

Manufacturing capacity of 16 GW by the end ofQ1 2022, of which JinkoSolar expects to deliver more than 25% (or 10 GW) over the next year. Its TOPCon panel, the Tiger Neo, has a maximum output of 620 W and a conversion of 22.3% in mass production.

30% to 40% of Daqo's silicon production is of sufficient purity for N-type. It charges up to 10% more for this silicon. The aim is to reach a capacity of 270,000 tonnes by the end of 2024

Start production of 20,000 tonnes of granular silicon (using the FBR process). The quality of this silicon would be compatible with the standards of N
