Ardian refinances Italian A2A

The French investment company Ardian has reached an agreement with the Italian electricity company A2A, to acquire

45% of A2A's portfolio against €1.5bn

For A2A, this means refinancing its asset portfolio, and providing new financial resources to expand it.
