The Sun'R group welcomes Rgreen Invest, IDIA Capital Investissement, Sofilaro (Crédit Agricole group), and Bpifrance to its capital in order to accelerate its development in France and abroad. The €30m injected corresponds to a share buyback, a capital increase and the issue of responsible convertible bonds (ORCA). Antoine Nogier, founder and chairman of Sun'R, remains the company's largest shareholder.
The group plans to increase its turnover fivefold over five years through its three subsidiaries (Sun'Agri, Sun'R Power and Volterres), which offer vertical integration, from upstream to downstream of the renewable energy sector.
