EDF and Cero Generation acquire Green Lighthouse Development

EDF Renewables and Cero Generation will each take a 45% stake in Green Lighthouse Development

(GLHD), with the remaining 10% retained by the company's founders. This French agri-photovoltaic developer has a solar portfolio of 2.4 GW.
