Total: sale of shares in renewable projects
Total Quadran has brought in the Banque des Territoires and Crédit Agricole Assurances
50% of the capital of two renewable project portfolios.
CA Assurances invests in nine wind farms and 44 solar power plants with a total capacity of 285 MW (100%). Banque des Territoires invests in eight solar farms in New Caledonia with a total capacity of 53 MW (100%).
These portfolios have an enterprise value of approximately $600 million (100%).
