In brief acquisition: Total acquires 2.2 GW in Texas; Boralex
Total acquires 2.2 GW spread over four solar projects and 600 MW of storage projects in Texas (USA)
All of the projects will be commissioned between 2023 and 2024. Total will enter into a 1 GW power purchase agreement (PPA) from this solar power and energy storage portfolio to cover all the electricity consumption of its industrial sites operating in the United States.

Canada's Boralex completes the acquisition of 118 MWp of solar power from seven wind farms with a total capacity of 209 MWp that were commissioned a few years ago.
Following this transaction, Boralex's total installed capacity worldwide is 2.5 GW.
