Confirmation: the performance of a PV installation varies from place to place

The US National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) wanted to determine the performance ratio (PR) of photovoltaic installations. This ratio defines the relationship between the actual and theoretical electricity production of a photovoltaic system.
