PERC cell on a 180-micron M1 monocrystalline silicon wafer
The Chinese have developed a PERC cell on a 180 μm monocrystalline silicon wafer with a thickness and
standard size M1 (156 × 156 mm²). By using uniform silicon inverted pyramid (IP) structures, the efficiency reaches 21.4%.
