LONGi wants to buy Zhejiang Yize New Energy Technology,

After the failure of two other candidates, LONGi makes an offer to buy Zhejiang Yize New Energy Technology, which operates in Vietnam

a panel production capacity of 7 GW (under the Vinasolar Technology brand) and 3 GW of cell manufacturing (Vina Cell Technology). It offers $253m (RMB 1.8bn).

LONGi hopes to complete the purchase by the end of June at the latest.
