The Green Platform publishes a guide to negotiating and drafting an energy purchase contract. The preparation of this guide has led to the emergence of many avenues to facilitate and generalise purchase contracts, including
- the development of multi-buyer or multi-vendor contracts. These formulas increase the number of buyers, better manage risks and facilitate the financing of project portfolios;
- the evolution of project financing with contracts towards innovative forms compared to the project financing currently practised for projects benefiting from support mechanisms.
