Noor Abu Dhabi's 1.78 GW solar power plant commissioned?

The 1.78 GW Noor Abu Dhabi solar farm is reported to have been commissioned on time and on budget,

according to Reuters. It is the largest solar farm in the world that will provide electricity on the basis of $0.024/kWh.
