Total Eren acquires 657 MW in Europe
Total Eren has signed the purchase of the Luxembourg company NovEnergia, which owns 47 solar, wind and mini-hydro power plants with a net installed capacity of 657 MW. These assets are mainly
concentrated on six European markets: Portugal, Italy, France, Spain, Bulgaria and Poland. NovEnergia's value is currently valued at over 1.13 billion USD. This reinforces the assets of Total Eren which has a historical presence in France, Greece and Italy.
